Publication Scheme

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ("the FOI Act"), the General Osteopathic Council maintains a 'publication scheme' ("the Scheme") so that information can be made available to the public. The Scheme has been approved by the Information Commissioner and follows the standard format used by health regulatory bodies in the United Kingdom. The Scheme will be regularly reviewed.

The publication scheme gives details about:

  • the information we publish or intend to publish
  • how you can obtain this information
  • whether the information is available free of charge or whether we would charge you for it
